Is something wrong with your order? No worries, we'll do our best to make it right.
Slay Bunny accepts returns or exchanges within 7 days of receiving the item(s) with the following conditions:
Your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return and will be credited to the original payment method.
You will be notified via email once the return transaction has taken place. Your bank or credit card issuer may require additional days to process the credit before posting to your account.
Please note that a refund will not be given until we receive your parcel.
We package all the shipments by hand and do our very best to quality control before shipping.
In case of an exchange, if the desired item is not available, you will get a full refund.
We recommend that you send the package back to us via traceable carrier and ensure the full amount of the item(s) you are sending back to us. Include your name and order number with the package.
We are not responsible for missing packages.
The original shipping cost is non-refundable on returns.
Slay Bunny holds the right to deny a refund or an exchange if the item does not meet our return requirements. If your account is flagged for returns abuse, we cannot accept your return.
