ORDER & SHIPPING

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays).

When your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with a tracking number.

Packages ship via USPS and UPS unless otherwise specified, and may or may not require a signature for delivery based on order size.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

We are not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events.

We cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated, including any items damaged or lost during transit. Any claims should be filed with the respective carrier.

SHIPPING RATES

Orders under $499 = Flat rate $10 via USPS Priority (2-5 business days). Excludes Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico.

Orders over $500 = Free Shipping via USPS Priority (2-5 business days). Excludes Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico.

Orders over $700 = Free Shipping via USPS Priority with required signature (2-5 business days). Excludes Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico.

Other options available for Expedited Shipping and excluded states.
